Job Responsibilities:
1. Make Outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
2. Explain our real estate projects and investment opportunities.
3. Follow up with customers through phone / Whatsapp.
4. Arrange and accompany customers for site visits.
5. convert leads into bookings / sales.
6. Maintain customer follow-up and sales records.
7. Coordinate with the marketing and sale team.
Requirements:
1. Good communication and convincing skills.
2. Tamil speaking is required ; basic english is an advantage.
3. Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
4. Willingness to travel for customer/ Site visits.
5. Two- Wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Salary & Incentives:
Salary: Rs. 10,000- Rs. 15000 per month Plus Attractive sales incentives/commission.
