We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare and file GST Returns.
- Prepare and file TDS Returns and ensure timely tax compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Process monthly payroll.
- Prepare financial reports, and management reports.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Maintain and monitor petty cash records and expenses.
- Generate invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Additional accounting qualifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience using Vyapar accounting software.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
