Key Responsibilities
Delegate Acquisition:Identify, reach out to, and acquire senior-level professionals to attend events through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Lead Management:Manage the delegate pipeline effectively, ensuring all prospects are followed up in a timely manner.
Pitching:Communicate the value and benefits of attending the event to potential delegates.
Relationship Building:Develop and nurture relationships with prospective delegates to ensure their participation in future events.
Database Management:Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on delegates.
Target Achievement:Work towards and achieve monthly and event-specific acquisition targets.
Qualifications
Prior experience in events, telemarketing, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong communication and a passion for events are encouraged to apply.
Key Skills Required
Excellent Communication Skills:Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Interpersonal Skills:Ability to build rapport with senior-level professionals.
Sales/Convincing Ability:Prior experience in tele calling or business development is a bonus.
Detail-Oriented:Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Tech-Savvy:Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, and LinkedIn.
