Responsibilities
- Follow up with real estate leads through calls, texts, and emails
- Maintain and organize CRM system
- Book appointments and coordinate client meetings
- Post daily content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Create engaging captions, stories, and reels
- Respond to social media messages and inquiries
- Help grow brand awareness and online engagement
- Coordinate with videographers/editors for content posting
- Track leads and ensure no potential client is missed
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on phone and texting clients professionally
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Canva preferred
- Basic knowledge of real estate is an asset
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be creative and understand social media trends
Bonus Skills
- Experience using CRMs like GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, or HubSpot
- Video editing or graphic design experience
- Punjabi speaking is an asset
