Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers generated through digital campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, and other lead sources.
2. Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and purchase intent.
3. Present project features, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and promotional offers to prospective customers.
4. Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Sales team and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
5. Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
6. Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels until closure.
7. Ensure all customer interactions and lead updates are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
8. Achieve individual KPIs related to lead qualification, site visit generation, customer engagement, and conversion support.
9. Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions regarding projects, pricing, availability, and documentation.
10. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the pre-sales journey.
11. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, follow-ups, site visits, and conversion metrics.
12.Mentor and support junior pre-sales executives by sharing best practices and ensuring adherence to calling standards.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
