We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 1–2 years of experience to plan, design, and oversee interior projects from concept to execution. The candidate should have strong visualization skills and the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed interior layouts.
- Create 3D models and realistic renderings.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as per drawings.
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / lumion / D5 rendering.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture specifications.
- Basic understanding of site execution and detailing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
