Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns for residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, paid ads, SEO, and social media management, specifically within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms to generate quality leads.
- Monitor and optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and reduced CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Manage website content, landing pages, and lead forms to ensure high conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Handle social media marketing — content planning, posting, and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Coordinate with the sales team to track and analyze lead quality and conversion performance.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design ad copies, graphics, and videos for campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, real estate marketing techniques, and Google algorithm updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 6 Month's – 3 Years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools (GA4, Search Console).
- Experience with landing page optimization, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp automation and lead tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier).
- Video marketing and reel campaign experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
