Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, conducting targeted sales outreach, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. The position also requires you to build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will collect and analyze market and sales data to identify growth opportunities and contribute to the achievement of company sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in sales ,marketing and accounting, prospecting, and closing sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of market research and data analysis to identify trends and sales opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in financial services or accounting industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
