Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketing bench consultants, vendor management, rate negotiation, and end-to-end placement activities in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to vendors and direct clients in the US market.
- Search and identify suitable job opportunities through job portals, vendor networks, and implementation partners.
- Submit consultants to relevant job requirements and follow up regularly with vendors and clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
- Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and ensure successful consultant placements.
- Coordinate interviews and provide complete support to consultants throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update databases of consultants, vendors, client requirements, and submissions.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements for various technologies.
- Ensure timely communication and submission tracking for all active requirements.
- Achieve placement targets and contribute to team performance.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Bench Sales/US IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment process and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of technologies and IT skill sets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
