We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and business growth.
Job Responsibilities: Paid Advertising Management
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Conduct audience research and targeting.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Generate quality leads through digital advertising campaigns.
- Improve campaign conversion rates and ROI.
- Monitor Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Analyze campaign data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
Strategy & Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Suggest innovative marketing strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Digital Marketing certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working with service-based businesses, technology companies, or startups.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and marketing funnels.
