Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Hospital Administration.
- Strong knowledge of hospital administration principles, practices, and healthcare policies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions in Hospital Administration.
- Develop and update course curriculum and training materials aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct student assessments, examinations, and performance evaluations.
- Guide and mentor students on academic progress and career opportunities.
- Support placement activities, including interview preparation, resume building, and professional grooming.
