We Masany Construction Equipment Pvt Ltd , An authorized dealer of Sany Construction Equipment in north Kerala looking for Service Engineers.
This role ensures maximum machine uptime, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company service standards while supporting the dealership's after-sales business.
Qualification -:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- ITI candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience -:
- 0–2 years: Junior Service Engineer
- 3–5 years: Service Engineer
- Experience in construction equipment, earth moving machinery, mining equipment, agricultural machinery, or heavy commercial vehicles is preferred.

Job Description -:
- Carry out preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of construction equipment at customer sites and workshop.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults.
- Attend emergency breakdown calls and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
- Install and commission new machines at customer locations.
- Maintain accurate service records using the dealership's service management system.
- Recommend spare parts and consumables required for repairs.
- Educate customers on proper machine operation and preventive maintenance practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service procedures.
- Maintain service tools, testing equipment, and company vehicle in good condition.
- Participate in technical training programs and continuously upgrade technical knowledge.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
