- Field & Vernacular Recruitment: Engage in ground-level sourcing, visit job sites, and utilize regional job apps (e.g., Apna, Work India).
- Fast-Track Screening: Conduct quick, on-the-spot telephonic or in-person interviews to assess basic skill competency and physical readiness.
- Rapid Onboarding: Drive the joining process, ensuring all critical documents (e.g., Aadhar, police verification, medical certificates) are completed efficiently.
- Retention Management: Monitor high-churn positions and implement localized engagement strategies to minimize turnover.
