Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, promoting real estate projects, and achieving sales targets. The role involves property presentations, customer relationship management, site visit coordination, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, social media, references, campaigns, and field activities.
- Explain project details, pricing, legal documents, and payment plans to customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer database and daily sales reports.
- Build relationships with investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for promotions and campaigns.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.
- Ability to work on targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and social media marketing.
- Confidence in presentation and client interaction.
- Kannada, English, and Hindi communication preferred.
Qualification
- MBA / BBA / Any Graduate.
- Experience in real estate sales or business development preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
