Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and purchases
- Assist in employee attendance and administrative reporting
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and internal communication
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and support services
Requirements
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and administrative abilities
- English-medium educational background preferred
- Experience in Office Administration, Administration, or Operations preferred
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
