Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective students/customers, and driving admissions and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students/customers
- Explain courses, services, and benefits clearly
- Convert leads into admissions/sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Sales or EdTech experience is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Basic CRM and computer knowledge
- Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
