About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client financial objectives and provide suitable investment and market-related guidance.
- Generate revenue through client acquisition, portfolio expansion, upselling, and cross-selling of financial products.
- Monitor market trends and communicate relevant investment opportunities to clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and prompt issue resolution.
- Achieve assigned business and revenue targets while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and account management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in Relationship Management, Equity Advisory, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of stock markets and investment products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-centric approach.
