Job Title: Warehouse Executive
Location: Butibori, Nagpur (Pharmaceutical Company)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Butibori, Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material handling, and ensuring compliance with GMP/GWP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/SAP and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices
Coordinate with QA/QC and Production teams for material release and dispatch
Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity) as per pharma regulatory norms
Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
Ensure documentation compliance as per GMP, GWP, and company SOPs
Supervise loading/unloading operations and warehouse housekeeping
Coordinate with logistics/transport vendors for timely dispatch
Requirements:
Graduate/B.Pharm/B.Sc with 1-year' experience in warehouse operations
Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems
Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and warehouse compliance documentation
Good communication and coordination skills
Salary: As per industry standards
