● Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities. ● Engage with prospective clients to understand hiring challenges and position InCruiter’s solutions effectively. ● Conduct product demos, presentations, and sales discussions with HR teams, Talent Acquisition teams, and business stakeholders. ● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure and onboarding coordination. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business engagement. ● Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve customer acquisition and conversion strategies. ● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals. ● Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates, CRM records, and sales reports. ● Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to drive conversions and customer engagement. ● Stay updated on market trends, competition, HR Tech, SaaS solutions, and recruitment industry developments. WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? ● 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Account Management roles. ● Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, HR Tech, Recruitment Solutions, or technology product sales will be preferred. ● Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. ● Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships effectively. ● Ability to understand customer pain points and provide solution-oriented sales approaches. ● Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking tools, and reporting systems. ● Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven startup environment. ● Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. ● Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
Pay: ₹9,768.47 - ₹33,791.51 per month
