Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our team. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company services and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Record call details and update the database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the team for lead management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
