Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and guide learners in choosing the right upskilling programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and a passion for helping customers achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads into enrollments.
Counsel prospective learners on courses and career opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
Education: B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, M.Tech, MBA (Marketing/Sales) or equivalent
Age: Up to 29 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior EdTech sales experience is a plus
Location: Gurugram, Sector 32 (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹7–8.4 LPA
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
