- Supervise Staff: Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and train new workers.
- Monitor Operations: Oversee receiving, packing, shipping, or factory production flows.
- Control Inventory: Track stock levels, handle material movement, and run cycle counts.
- Enforce Safety: Ensure workers wear safety gear and follow factory or warehouse rules.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in a warehouse, plant, or manufacturing environment.
- Education: High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in logistics or business.
- Skills: Strong leadership, basic computer literacy, problem-solving, and knowledge of safety standards.
