Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and experience in handling outbound and inbound calls. The role involves generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned departments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Update customer information in the database and CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
