Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff and optometrists.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports and store performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, and store audits.
- Coordinate with the area manager for promotions and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Candidates with Optometry background may also be preferred.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in optical or eyewear retail.
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
