Key Responsibilities:
✨ Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a delightful shopping experience.
✨ Build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage key accounts.
✨ Guide customers with product information, ongoing schemes, and after-sales support.
✨ Maintain and analyze customer databases to enhance customer engagement.
✨ Coordinate with merchandisers regarding customer preferences, new arrivals, and product demands.
✨ Manage home delivery operations and ensure seamless service.
✨ Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently through the help desk and telephone support.
