Location: Bangalore (Bellandur Area)

We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with experience in Einstein and Data Cloud implementations. If you're passionate about solving complex challenges, optimizing data flows, and building scalable Salesforce solutions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support at least one implementation of Einstein and Data Cloud
Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Manage and optimize performance for large data volumes
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs
Automate processes using Flows, validation rules, and triggers
Configure middleware for smooth data flow between systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across configurations and integrations
Collaborate with business and tech teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Conduct code reviews and uphold best development practices
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Proactively identify areas for automation and optimization

Requirements

Proven experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk)
Hands-on with Flow automation, validation rules, and triggers
Prior experience with Einstein and Data Cloud (at least one project)
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Must have an updated LinkedIn profile with at least 150+ connections (to be verified during Level 1 screening)
