Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, set up, and optimize end-to-end paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max).
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage daily and monthly ad spends across client accounts to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to scale campaign performance.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor account metrics daily. Generate transparent reports using Google Analytics (GA4), Ads Manager, and Excel to provide insights directly to the team and clients.
- Collaborative Brainstorming: Work closely with our copywriting and graphic design teams to brief them on what visual formats (reels, statics, carousels) are hitting benchmarks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience running paid ads (Agency experience is highly preferred).
- Platform Expertise: Deep technical understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and pixel setup.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable dealing with numbers, conversion funnels, attribution models, and data-driven scaling strategies.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication to seamlessly present performance data to clients.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
