Grace Teleinfra is an authorized Class B ISP powering corporate hubs and thousands of users across Pune & PCMC. We take pride in our strict 4-hour fiber restoration guarantee, and we are looking for an experienced Fiber Optic Splicer to join our on-field technical team in Pimpri!
If you have hands-on experience handling splicing machines, maintaining underground/overhead fiber, and troubleshooting link losses, we want you on our team.
What you’ll do:
- Perform high-quality fusion splicing on overhead and underground fiber optic cables.
- Use OTDR machines, optical power meters, and visual fault locators to test links and identify fiber cuts.
- Respond quickly to field faults and emergency fiber restorations to maintain premium network uptime.
- Maintain accurate field records of fiber routing, splitters, and distribution boxes (OJB/LIU).
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Fiber Splicer or Field Technician with an ISP, Telecom firm, or Infrastructure contractor.
- Proficient in operating Fujikura, Sumitomo, or similar fusion splicing machines.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for quick field movement across Pune/PCMC.
- Willingness to handle emergency on-field breakdowns.
