Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights for improvement.
- Achieve customer retention and engagement targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
