Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Candidates having 0 to 2 Years of experience can apply
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic / video / in-person)
Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, behavioral traits, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Manage offer negotiations, follow-ups, and candidate onboarding support
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
