We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients at Sukino Continuum Care, Kochi. The role involves monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with clinical procedures, maintaining patient records, and coordinating with doctors and caregivers to ensure safe and personalized patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and monitor patients’ health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during clinical procedures.
- Educate patients and families on care and medication requirements.
- Ensure adherence to infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary care team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
