R K Engineering Works, VKI Area, Jaipur - manufacturer of EOT and gantry cranes, hoists, lifts and electrical control panels - requires a VFD and PLC Crane Panel Electrician for the panel line. Only experienced panel line electricians. Freshers are not eligible for this post.
Experience: 5 to 10 years in VFD, soft starter and PLC panel wiring.
Work:
- Wiring and assembly of VFD, soft starter and PLC based EOT crane control panels as per approved drawing
- Power wiring of drive input / output, DC bus, braking resistor and motor cable with correct cable size and lug
- Screened control cable laying, single point earthing and separation of power and control wiring to avoid noise
- PLC input / output wiring, encoder, limit switch, radio remote and pendant control connection
- Drive parameter feeding and I/O checking with the design engineer
- Continuity, IR / megger and functional trial of panel before dispatch
- Ferruling, cable dressing, name plate and drawing pouch as per checklist
Requirements:
- ITI Electrician / Wireman or Diploma Electrical
- 5 to 10 years in panel line with VFD and PLC panel work
- Must read schematic, ladder, I/O list and interlock drawings without help
- Knowledge of drive and PLC terminal marking, EMC wiring practice and IEC 60204-32
- Neat, safe and time bound workmanship
