Job Responsibilities:
Voice & Accent Trainer (VNA)
- Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for agents
- Work on pronunciation, fluency, grammar & voice modulation
- Help agents reduce MTI and improve communication skills
- Conduct mock calls, roleplays & coaching sessions
- Improve customer interaction and call confidence
- Monitor calls and provide communication-based feedback
Quality Trainer / Feedback Trainer
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions
- Share feedback and coaching with agents
- Conduct refresher training on process & soft skills
- Maintain QA standards, compliance & customer experience
- Prepare quality reports and performance improvement plans
- Coordinate with Operations & Training teams
Requirements:
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Experience in International BPO preferred
✔ Strong coaching & mentoring skills
✔ Good understanding of QA parameters and customer handling
✔ Comfortable with night shift
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
