Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Executive at The Mom Store in Bangalore. The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support, and handling all aspects of customer service on a day-to-day basis. The job role includes:
- Managing and answering customer queries across all channels- Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook and Email
- Answering queries on call if and when required
- Maintaining a customer experience dashboard to ensure all KPIs are routinely met
- Working with logistics team to track down wrong non delivery receipts and coordinating with customer and logistics team
Qualifications
- Bachelors in any discipline. 1-2 years work experience are welcome to apply
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Customer Service proficiency
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Knowledge of baby products and motherhood is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
