Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and people-focused HR professional to handle the organization’s end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment (both technical & non-technical), employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and fostering employee engagement. Additionally, the role requires building strong HR connections and leveraging recruitment networks to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring platforms, and HR networks to source top talent.
- Leverage HR connections to identify and attract the right candidates.
- Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and making job offers.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide timely updates.
2. Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Provide a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
- Ensure all joining formalities, including document verification and policy orientation, are completed efficiently.
3. HR Documentation & Administration
- Create and manage key HR documents such as:
- Offer Letters
- Increment Letters
- Relieving Letters
- Experience Letters
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
4. Leave Policies & Attendance Management
- Develop and implement leave policies in line with organizational needs.
- Track attendance, leaves, and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
5. Employee Engagement & Events
- Plan and execute festive celebrations and team-building activities to enhance morale and collaboration.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
6. Performance Management
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in designing KPIs and provide guidance to managers on employee performance improvement.
7. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address related queries.
8. Compliance & Policy Management
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving employee grievances and workplace disputes.
9. Exit Management
- Manage resignation processes, conduct exit interviews, and handle final settlements.
- Analyze exit feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
10. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
- Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment and HR activities for management review.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
- Ability to leverage HR networks and build strategic partnerships with recruiters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
