About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and responsible individual to work as a home caretaker and therapy support for a child with autism. The role involves both caregiving and assisting in developmental activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and supervision for the child
- Assist in basic therapy activities (speech, behavior, motor skills – guided)
- Engage the child in structured play, learning, and routine tasks
- Support emotional regulation and behavior management
- Help with feeding, hygiene, and daily routine
- Follow instructions from parents/therapists and maintain consistency
- Track and share daily progress and observations
Requirements:
- Experience working with children / special needs / autism (preferred)
- Background in therapy, psychology, education, or caregiving is a plus
- Patient, calm, and caring personality
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹66,428.00 per month
