Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Manage customer inquiries across email, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer concerns and complaints.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and brand reputation.
Email & Communication Management
- Oversee operational email communication and customer correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, suppliers, and service providers.
- Maintain organized documentation and communication records.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
Logistics & Fulfillment Operations
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery-related issues.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics processes.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with warehouse and fulfillment partners to maintain operational efficiency.
Inventory & Backend Operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and stock planning.
- Ensure data accuracy across e-commerce platforms and operational systems.
- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
