We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Software Engineer with entry-level experience in ServiceNow Development, strong exposure to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), software technologies, and hands-on experience building software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer science fundamentals and programming skills to develop scalable software products and platform solutions.
You will contribute to ServiceNow platform development, platform enhancements, production support, code fixes, platform engineering initiatives, and software quality engineering. You will also have the opportunity to build automation solutions, leverage AI & AIOps, and continuously enhance your software engineering skills through structured learning and mentorship.
You will be professionally trained to acquire the necessary technical and functional skills required for success in the role.
Platform Engineering & Support
Contribute to ServiceNow platform stability through troubleshooting, code fixes, production support, and platform maintenance.
Participate in platform upgrades, health checks, monitoring system performance, and integration support.
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, deployment documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
Exposure to ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, or Flow Designer.
