We are looking for an experienced and responsible Area Manager to join our Hyderabad Branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing 3–4 outlets assigned by the management and ensuring smooth operations, sales growth, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage 3–4 outlets in the assigned area.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve targets.
- Maintain hygiene, product quality, and customer service standards.
- Lead, guide, and monitor outlet managers and staff.
- Ensure proper stock control and minimize wastage.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and company procedures.
- Submit regular operational reports to management.
Requirements
- Experience in outlet, retail, restaurant, or food & beverage operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel between assigned outlets.
- Language required English, Hindi and Malayalam
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
