Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and expanding the company’s customer base. This role involves managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Set individual and team sales targets and track progress
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings
- Handle key accounts and negotiate major deals
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales (typically 0–3+ years), with leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Results-driven with a strong business acumen
