Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and identify potential sales opportunities.
· Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels.
· Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive sales growth and foster long-term partnerships.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
· Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
· Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and objections.
