About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to promote our AI product to business customers. Your role will be to make outbound calls, understand customer requirements, create interest in the product, and schedule product demonstrations for our Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Introduce Quirri AI and explain its benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule product demo appointments.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Update customer details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree with good fluency in English.
- 0–1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Good communication in English (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Confident, positive, and willing to learn.
