Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2-3 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized university in India or abroad
- An experience of minimum of one year in working as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
Desired Candidate Profile:
- The candidate comes from an Edtech background (preferred)
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
