WE'RE HIRING – Soft Skills Trainer(Part-Time)
RP Academy is looking for a passionate and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to join our team on a part-time, requirement-based basis.
Requirements:
✔ Age: 27–35 years
✔ 1–2 years of experience in soft skills training, personality development, communication, or life skills training
✔ Excellent communication skills are a must (English & Tamil)
✔ Strong presentation and public speaking skills
✔ Confident, energetic, and professional personality
✔ Passion for teaching, mentoring, and motivating learners
✔ Ability to engage students through interactive training sessions
✔ Knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms is required (content creation and basic social media handling will be an added advantage)
✔ Should reside within 5 km of Saravanampatti
✔ Must be willing to travel up to 10 km for training assignments
✔ Should be punctual, responsible, and committed to delivering quality training
Based on Experience we can discuss Salary
Job Nature:
- Part-Time (Requirement-Based)
- Training sessions will be assigned based on academy requirements (not a fixed daily schedule)
- Opportunity to conduct training programs in schools, colleges, educational institutions, and organizations
