We are looking for a skilled Electrical Design Engineer with 5 years of experience in residential/commercial building projects . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in electrical system design, load calculations, and coordination with project teams.
Responsibilities:
· Preparation of design brief report and budgetary cost estimates.
· Electrical load calculation for the facility and sizing of HT switchgears, transformer, rising
mains & Captive power systems like Diesel Generator, UPS.
· External electrical layout showing routing of pipes and cables from HT metering panel,
RMU, Transformer & Diesel Generator to main electrical room.
· Preparation of Single Line Diagram
· Preparation of Internal Electrical Conduit, looping and dimension Layouts
· Preparation of Bill of Quantities with budget
· Preparation of Networking, Intercom and Television System Layout
· Preparation of security system (CCTV) layout for the internal and external site
Preparation of ELV BOQ.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of HT/LT systems
- Good coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential/commercial building projects
- Experience working with reputed builders or consultants
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently
