Core Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to facilitating new hire orientations.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff, resolve workplace conflicts, and handle grievances.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain accurate employee records, and update HR policies.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Performance & Training: Administer performance review procedures and coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Engagement: Plan and execute workplace initiatives, team-building events, and offboarding or exit formalitieS
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
