Most MBA operations internships involve updating spreadsheets in the background of massive corporations. At XIPL, we offer a different path: building the operational engine of a fast-moving deep-tech startup from the ground up.
We are developing Tuck, an enterprise-grade Virtual Try-On (VTON) platform for global fashion brands. Led by a successful ex-Amazon tech founder, our team is scaling rapidly. We are looking for a highly driven MBA fresher to step in and ensure our internal mechanisms, supply chain, and customer operations run with absolute precision.
What You Will Do
You will not shadow middle management; you will execute on day one. Your core responsibilities include:
- Performance Tracking and Ownership: Act as the central operational node. Track core program KPIs, monitor daily sprint goals, and compile metrics for business reviews.
- Customer Account Management: Serve as a reliable point of contact for enterprise clients to ensure smooth onboarding and rapid issue resolution.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee logistics and fulfillment workflows for product deployments, eliminating bottlenecks to meet strict timelines.
- Sales Operations Support: Assist the Go-To-Market team by qualifying inbound leads, managing CRM data, and drafting high-impact sales documentation.
