Role Overview
The Airline Operations Executive will manage day-to-day airline booking and operational workflows, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely processing of reservations. You’ll work closely with airlines, internal teams, and travelers to deliver exceptional service and support sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities -
- Airline Reservations — Manage bookings, ticketing, reissuance, cancellations, and fare inquiries.
- Operational Coordination — Work with airlines and internal teams to resolve schedule changes and disruptions.
- Customer Support — Address traveler queries, special requests, and ensure a smooth end-to-end experience.
- Flight Monitoring — Track flight status and handle operational irregularities.
- Sales Support — Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue initiatives.
- Compliance & Documentation — Maintain records, follow company policies, and meet operational performance metrics.
Qualifications -
- Strong communication skills with a professional customer-facing approach.
- Proven experience in customer service, issue resolution, and traveler support.
- Knowledge of airline operations: reservations, ticketing, fare rules, schedule management.
- Sales mindset with the ability to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. - Prior experience in airlines, travel agencies, or online travel platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with GDS or similar booking systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Diploma/degree in travel, tourism, aviation, business, or related fields preferred.
