We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve processes, and support data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various sources and ensure its accuracy and integrity through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
Analysis & Reporting: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends; develop and maintain automated dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders.
Business Insights: Translate data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations to provide actionable recommendations to management.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize existing data collection and reporting workflows to increase efficiency.
Collaboration: Work alongside department heads to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for specific projects.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude with the ability to analyze, model, and interpret large data sets.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
1-2 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
Experience with database management and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
