We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time.
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Digital Marketer with 2–4 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, SEO strategy, and data-driven decision making to lead our marketing efforts end-to-end.
What you'll own:
- Lead and optimise Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI
- Plan and run paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube & Display
- Drive organic growth through SEO strategy and content planning
- Manage social media calendar and community engagement
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns and drip sequences
- Track KPIs, analyse performance, and prepare monthly reports
- Collaborate with design and content teams on ad creatives
What we're looking for:
- 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (senior-level candidates preferred)
- Proven track record managing Meta Ads & Google Ads with measurable ROI
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite & Google Tag Manager
- Experience with email marketing tools
- Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a strong plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
